We are not responsible for account bans due to violations of WhatsApp policies. 1.4. Clients are advised to use non-critical numbers, as WhatsApp may ban numbers for any reason. 2. Number Banning & Technical Support 2.1. There is a risk of number banning when using WhatsApp API services. Possible reasons for banning include: Sending unauthorized or spam messages. High-volume messaging that triggers WhatsApp’s security system. Violation of WhatsApp terms. 2.2. If a client's number gets banned, we will assist with a replacement, but there is no guarantee. 2.3. If the platform software malfunctions, we will fix it within 7 days. During this period, the client cannot request a refund. 2.4. Our team provides only technical assistance and holds no financial liability for banned numbers. 3. Payment & Refund Policy 3.1. Full advance payment is required to use the service. 3.2. Payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. 3.3. If the client discontinues the service, no partial or full refund will be provided. 3.4. In case of any dispute, the final decision will rest with the company. 4. Client Responsibilities 4.1. Clients must ensure compliance with all Meta (WhatsApp) terms and conditions. 4.2. Clients must not use this service for any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities. 4.3. Clients are fully responsible for the content and data shared through this service. 5. Legal Rights & Dispute Resolution 5.1. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/City]. 5.2. If the client faces legal issues due to service usage, they bear full responsibility. 5.3.
